[Risk No. 287] It was one of those puddle jumpers of an airplane that seemed to bounce from cloud to cloud en-route from Nashville to Houston. On my 10 steps to the bathroom I noticed a woman with her foot in a boot. I asked her what had happened and whether she had already had surgery (mostly because if someone hasn’t had surgery, but may be scheduled for it, I want to pray diligently that surgery would not be required). Her foot was mostly healed from torn ligaments (but no surgery). I asked if I could pray that Jesus finished the process. She agreed and I awkwardly knelt down in the aisle to place my hand on her foot. I blessed her and shuffled along to the lavatory.
