[Risk No. 822] I was on the phone with Jeff for Comcast. Our internet died so inconveniently on a Monday night and I called first thing Tuesday to get back up and running. The call center was in Manilla and Jeff spoke great English. I thanked him for helping me and he said that was the first time in working over a year in a call center that anyone had ever thanked him. Unreal. I asked how I could pray for him and he responded with, “for my family and good fortune.” I asked if it was ok that I blessed him (just another way of saying “prayer”) over the phone. It was and I did in Jesus name. Very cool guy and I’m reminded by how much the little things matter.
